is a high quality display shrink film for automated packaging from slow to super-fast speeds. Perfectly suitable for the packaging of both industrial and consumer goods, including heavy duty products, furniture, machinery parts, industrial equipment, breads, fruits, vegetables, frozen food, fresh food, confectionery, cosmetics, display products, toys, sweets and more. Tested and approved for food contact, 100% recyclable and environmentaly friendly. Offers excellent shrinkage, strong seals, clear and glossy optical parameters, tear and puncutre resistance, significantly increases the efficiency and quality of packaging. Our film is available in rolls: center folded or single-wound, possible with perforation, colour, printing, special additives, and developed to suit your needs and requirement.

Each our films can be done with 30% (or more on request) PCR (post consumer recycled) recycled material. We co-operate with a leading european recycling company. Our products comply with European, UK and USA regulations and international packaging standards BRC/ISO.

FLXTITE STANDARD POLYOLEFIN „ST”

„ST” is a standard multi-layer polyolefin shrink film product with excellent optics, high speed performance, high free shrinkage, good tensile strength and tear resistance to accommodate all types of cost-effective packaging. It is ideal for most display packaging applications, such as chocolate and candy gift boxes, toys, electronics and food multipacks. It is easily electrostatically sealed, as well. It has good shrinkage, excellent sealing with hot wire and “V” knives, and outstanding tear resistance properties. It runs on high speed, as well as manual or semi-automatic, equipment.We offer this standard film in different types for special and unique solutions. Applications that require a low force shrinkage as for example for magazine. An anti-fog shrink film with improved hermetic seals for reliable pack integrity which offers a unique anti-fog agent that prevents film fogging up under cold storage conditions. This makes it ideal choice for packaged cold foods, fruit and vegetable. High slip / low slip shrink film –best for products that need to be easy removed from the packaging box or are stacked together very firmly in large quantities.

FLXTITE CROSS-LINKED POLYOLEFIN „STD” – „Dynamic”

„STD” is a versatile highly branched multilayer polyolefin shrink wrap film created with our chemical cross-linking method which is environmentaly friendly and 100% recyclable compared to other methods. It has excellent optical characteristics, superior shrink appearance, providing great packaging characteristics. It offers high balanced shrinkage, strong and durable seals at low shrink temperatures with superior machine ability, whilst giving an appearance of close adhesion to the pack profile. The film exhibits extreme abuse and puncture resistance and will perform in highly demanding packaging fields. Thanks to its’ good sealability at low temperatures, Dynamic is a very versatile film able to suit most applications; its’ good slip properties make it perfect for demanding machine applications. Due to increased strength of a cross linked shrink film it can often be a better solution for products with sharp edges and corners.

FLXTITE „ECOLENE” BIODEGRADABLE POLYOLEFIN

„ECOLENE” is a fully biodegradable premium polyolefin shrink film wherever disposed of, and where other materials are biodegrading ( anaerobically and aerobically) – in landfillls – in compost – buried in the ground or littered – agricultural and erosion control settings. Maintains the same desired characteristics as traditional, non-degradable, polyolefin shrink filmsAvailable in same sizes, gauges and roll lengths as standard polyolefin shrink films.
